Knowledge sharing is not only a key activity of knowledge management in supply chain, but also the important prerequisite for supply chain to enhance the value of the overall knowledge and knowledge innovation. Standing on the point of knowledge sharing efficiency in supply chain, this paper analyzes the factors affecting knowledge sharing efficiency, sets up an evaluation index system for knowledge sharing efficiency, and gives a quantitative analysis method to evaluate the efficiency, so as to provide a reference to improve knowledge sharing efficiency in supply chain.
