Abstract :
In the paper, based on the model reduction theory of neurodynamics and the polynomial regression algorithm, the nine-dimension one-compartment complex model of CA1 pyramid neuron developed by David[J Neurophysiol, 2006, 96: 1912-1926] is reduced by computer simulation, and the two-dimension reduced neuron model is obtained. This investigation provides a simple and convenient method to reduce the high dimension complex neuron model. And it is helpful to investigate deeply the high dimension complex neuron model´s dynamic characteristics and functions by the neurodynamic theory.
