Post-controlled vocabulary compiling in competitive intelligence system

It is necessary to build a competitive intelligence system (CIS) for the enterprise to make a timely and suitable strategic decision. So this paper designs a CIS based on Internet for the small and medium-size enterprises, providing intelligent retrieval, personalized services and so on. Furthermore in order to improve the efficiency of the retrieval, it gives a method of controlled vocabulary compiling based on ontology by analysis their relations. A comparative experiment on document retrieval in the CIS shows that post-controlled technology can retrieval efficiency significantly.
