Abstract :
Determining the situation within logistics process is a key goal of smart the professional logistical support research. Using ontology to model situation enables multiple entities to have common understanding of the situation during collaboration. In order to deliver relevant products at the right time to the right place, the event notification systems need to be aware of the products´ correct situation. In this paper we present our work on logistics situation modeling and annotation of logistics process. And we develop a logistics ontology based on situations semantic which will be used as a reference for creating a semantic resource.
