Abstract
Knowledge flows occur between individuals, among groups of individuals, and between organizations. This mini track focuses on examining the nature and role of knowledge flows (e.g., knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing) among entities. Technical, managerial, behavioral, organizational, and economic perspectives on knowledge flows are examined. Broadly speaking, this mini track is intended to provide a forum for reporting the results of research focusing on knowledge flows among academicians and practitioners in the computer based system sciences. Six papers are presented in two sessions as part of this mini track.
