Abstract :
PBL is a systematic strategy of product guarantee, which regards guarantee as a synthetical and economical commodity and is based on definite right to own and use. The aircraft spares are related to MRO. According to the features of Boeing´s spares guarantee, this thesis divides spares guarantee into initial, sustaining and AOG guarantees in order to minimize the outlay cost while the requirements of air material storage, routine operation and maintenance are met. Meanwhile, according to the main performance index structure of the aircraft guarantee system, this thesis defines the monomial performance and systematic performance indexes, formulates the evaluation procedures and approaches for systematic performance, studies the relation between guarantee rate, guarantee element and performance, and establishes the functional relation between guarantee element and systematic performance by means of performance analysis.
