Abstract :
The present article tries to utilize structural equations model to explain internet banking acceptance rate. So, three factors including innovation characteristics of electronic banking system, individual characteristics of bank customers, and market facilitating conditions have been used based on different theories roposed. Measurement of the variables by the use of questionnaires based on the comments of internet customers of Guilan province banks and the analysis of those comments through causal model indicated that the characteristics of internet banking system and individual characteristics of customers affect directly on internet banking acceptance rate.
