Abstract :
Satellite networks of mass broadband access (BBA) in the Ka-range which are competitive to land networks actively develop. In the report the basic problems of development of these networks are discussed. Possible methods of the decision of problems are offered: non-uniform distribution of antenna beams on territories and non-uniform distribution of “capacity” in antenna beams also; minimizations of expenses on the basis of the analysis of sensitivity of parameters with use of mathematical modeling.
