Abstract
For kinds of problems of quality control in multiprocess, multi-station manufacturing process, this paper presents a key process extraction model for quality control in manufacturing process. First, the quality characteristics tree of the product is established, quality housing for quality indicators and manufacturing processes is constructed and combined with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) the relative weight of the manufacturing processes for the overall goal of product quality control is calculated. Then considering the process capability in the manufacturing process, the importance degree of each process is computed, further the key processes are identified. Finally, an example is applied to verify the validity and usefulness of the proposed model.
