Abstract :
Two kinds of resin molded transformers have been developed, and their electrical and mechanical characteristics have been evaluated at various temperatures. The two transformers are molded with class F resin and class H resin. Both resins have good electric and mechanical characteristics below the glass transition temperature, and their resin molded coils have good electrical and mechanical reliabilities. Over 12 years, 20000 resin molded transformers have been produced and operated without any trouble
