Abstract :
The authors demonstrate the compatibility of quantum cascade lasers (QCLs) with elastomer-based microfluidics and the tuning of QCLs using liquids with different refractive indices. They look to increasing sensitivity to liquids with ultra high-Q photonic crystal based QCLs
