Abstract :
Temperature has a great effect on the high-accuracy measure of ultrasonic characteristic parameters, ultrasonic velocity and attenuation coefficient, when milk quality is detected with ultrasonic detecting technology. Experiments show that the measure stability of milk sound velocity and the attenuation coefficient is good within 35degC~45degC temperature range and is relatively bad when the temperature is lower than 35degC or higher than 45degC. The temperature fluctuation should not exceed 0.1degC in order to satisfy industry demand to milk detecting accuracy when measure the ultrasonic parameters. On the base of these conclusions, milk ultrasonic parameters measure with dynamic temperature has diminished the impact of temperature and made the detecting relative accuracy of fat and protein content reach 3% and 5% which can satisfy the demand of milk industry to milk quality detecting accuracy.
