Abstract :
Performance assessment is a core in human recourse management of enterprises and institutions, and in order to optimize allocation of human resource, it is important to give appropriate weight to each evaluating index. This paper introduces the thought of hierarchy into the use of rough set theory, and figures out the optimal weight of each index from the objective data.
