  • Abstract
    At present, recycling of the household appliances has become a global common problem of resources reuse, and it is necessary to establish a system of household appliance reverse logistics. This paper selects three major aspects: economic benefits, management level and social benefits, then uses Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), 360-degree feedback method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the Overall Efficiency of Household Appliances Reverse Logistics, then builds a relatively complete reverse logistics evaluation model. Finally verifies the effectiveness of the method.
