  • Abstract
    Tailor rolled blanks (TRB) belongs to the harmonious process of the vertical rolling & a continuous on-line rollers gap adjusting and the corresponded rolling model. It improves the quality and precision of model synthesized the integrated controlling model of thickness with virtual manufacturing technology (VMT) and AI. The main value of thickness fluctuating is predicted by the mathematics model, the process is verified by VMT, the warp of thickness fluctuating is forecast by ANN, the frame model of TRB thickness controlling is put forward. The panel developed platform, synthesized evaluating simulation analysis and date processing are discussed based on VMT. The research provides an effective approach for TRB rolling and takes on positive drived function for the application of TRB in panels.
