Abstract
Human resource management (HRM) outsourcing attracts increasingly more attention, and selection of outsourcing functions for human resources management is very important in outsourcing activities. A decision method for outsourcing functions combined with the advantage of projection pursuit model (PP), improved particle swarm optimization (IPSO) and preference ranking organization methods for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE) is proposed. Based on the analysis of the affecting factors for development of HRM outsourcing, taking five factors, economics, risk, management, technique level, and strategy as evaluation criteria, PP and IPSO are used to determine the weight for the evaluation criteria of alternatives, PROMETHEE is used to determine the order of preference of alternatives, and sensitivity analysis is given. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
