Abstract :
By taking case study in Indonesia, this paper investigate some problems including effectiveness of ICT regulatory, ICT digital divide, the link between telecommunication sector revenue with GDP, the link between foreign ownership and performance of ICT implementation. The results show a lack of effectiveness in regulation, bad Internet-teledensity, and no positive impact in telecommunication sector development caused by increasing foreign ownership.
