Abstract :
The author provides some ideas for a systems-oriented approach to the electrical control documents required for installation and commissioning of today´s computer-intensive process lines. Each type of document conveys certain information required at each phase of a project. The author attempts to guide the reader through the design phases of a project, while providing a method and a system of electrical control documentation proven to provide a solution to controlling the costs of installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance
