Abstract :
The effect of hop rate on the speech signal quality based on continuously variable slope delta modulation (CVSD) in the slow frequency hopped (SFH) anti-jamming system is researched. It is presented the principle of the CVSD and the model of the SFH, and suggests the method for simulating the SFH system in the base-band model. It is shown that with an appropriate hop rate the speech signal can be received better, the speech signal quality would be worse when hop rate is too small, and much higher hop rate can´t improve performance obviously.
