Abstract :
The paper proposes an improved meteorological radar data inversion precision algorithm based on constrained evolution strategy, because of the advantages of evolution strategy for solving constrained ill-conditioned equations. Our method inverts the low accuracy data to a higher accuracy data by evolution strategy (ES) optimization method according to the gradual changes of real data. The result of ideal simulation experiment shows that the average error is less than 1%, and the algorithm is stable. Finally, the effect also is proven in real experiments of radar data. It can improve the resolution of radar echo data through soft computing method, and simplify the radar hardware design, so that it is worth to be applied in the real world. It improves the observation effect and reduces the investment through soft optimization methods.
