Abstract :
The AC-DC voltage transfer difference of a 700- Omega -heater multijunction thermal converter has been evaluated in the frequency range from 100 kHz to 1 MHz using the same schematic diagram developed for frequencies below 100 kHz. The agreement between calculated and measured values with increasing transfer differences for lower heater resistances indicates the validity of the schematic diagram and the estimation procedure. The estimated uncertainty at 1 MHz is 10 p.p.m.<>
