Abstract
Quickly customized logic (QCL) is an architecture that uses one predefined metal layer and one custom metal layer for interconnections. The authors propose two routing algorithms for a new channel model in QCL. The first algorithm uses a set of simple wire types and produces optimal routing solutions if one exists. The second algorithm is a heuristic algorithm that uses a set of general wire types. It produces more general routing solutions and hence might succeed when the first algorithm fails
