Abstract
T IPv6 (Internet Protocol version 6) is the new version of IP. The new features of IPv6 are defined on several fronts including security support which is more than a hot topic. The S-wane model is a model designed to improve Security Association negotiation process in IPv6. We have already gone through the validation of this model in previous article, comparing it to existing solutions. In this work we try to use S-wane on IPv6 as a substitution to Diffie - Hellmann (DH). Results show that data interception becomes impossible; the authentication of third parties communicating is enhanced as well as the confidentiality and integrity of data in the IPv6 environment powered by S-wane mechanism.
