  • Abstract
    An AC voltage measurement standard that was designed to meet the requirements of US Navy contract number N00123-89-D is described. The purpose of the design is to provide a very-high-accuracy AC capability for traceably certifying high-accuracy calibrators without resorting to traditional metrology methods. The design requirements are outlined, and the design is described.<>
