Abstract

The electric power company who registered on stock exchange market, be as a ldquowindowrdquo of reflecting the activity of whole electric power industry, Due to their excellent performance and achievement and growing steady character, it has been focused by the capital market in long term. Many experts in the past are accustomed to apply lots different single method to evaluate electric power company who is on the stock market. However, different method obtained different evaluating conclusions when evaluate same set of them. Base on this status, this essay introduce a systemic and integrative evaluating method, and collected 22 representative electronic power companies who registered on stock exchange market to evaluate synthetically, it overcome the unilateralism character of being used to apply single method when we are evaluating, so as to let the evaluating outcomes more comprehensive and objective.
