Abstract
This paper researches into the synthesis planning parts weighted scale problem of the product subsystem reliability design during the new product development of the supplier involved. The parts importance is programmed by applying the quality function deployment (QFD) method. The supplier involved house of quality (HoQ) model is brought forward to rank the parts weighted scale of the supplier involved product reliability design. The values of the synthesis parts power of product reliability design are determined by combining with the customer requirement house of quality of product. A case study of the reliability design of the transmission system parts for medium car is provided to illustrate the application of the model and the method.
