Abstract
In this study, we discuss about decreasing the power consumption of a client-server system. The decrease of the running cost and the improvement of availability are very important for the reduction of the power consumption in communication systems and services. We have conducted various experiments for power consumption by considering iOS and Android Operating Systems (OS). In this study, we present some experiments and their results to measure the performance related with power consumption and play time for web contents.
