Abstract :
Summary form only given. Methods used to establish and calibrate a 10-500/ square root 3 kV power frequency voltage ratio standard system are described. The standards are a series of capacitive dividers. which are calibrated at 6 kV with an inductive voltage divider but used at the higher operating voltages. Four potential transformers, used as 10-, 35-, 110/ square root 3-, and 220/ square root -kV working standards, were calibrated by the new system. Another potential transformer, which had been calibrated at the National Research Council of Canada (NRC) in September/October 1987, was also calibrated with the new system. The results indicate uncertainties of less than 10 parts per million and confirm the comparison with NRC.<>
