Abstract
The authors describe a high-accuracy microcomputer-based data acquisition system (DAS) which has 16-b resolution, +or-0.005% nonlinearity, and a maximum sampling rate of 15 kHz. It contains 8 K ROM and 8 K RAM. The authors analyze errors in the DAS and present a novel method to characterize a DAS.<>
