Abstract :
It is observed that most of the projects managed by Information System (IS) graduates after their joining in industry get failed and these projects incur heavy amounts. It is because, the students during study take only a single course which is based on theory and few labs on Microsoft Office Project which is inadequate to make them capable of handling real world projects. After conducting a survey from the students for the improvement of the curriculum and doing the analysis of this data and feedback from the industry, I have given few suggestions to perk up the related curriculum. The same suggestions may be implemented in IS department of all the universities of KSA to improve the situation and have better results for the growth of economy. These suggestions may also be incorporated in related curriculum of other universities to increase the success rate of planned projects.
