Abstract :
In today´s world, administration and management of organizations, particularly educational institutions, has become a tedious and complex task. It requires careful planning, systematic approach and accurate control of administrative processes to attract the best students, produce the best results and project the best image. Coupled with tight competition from the industry, these institutions are increasingly seeking the help of information technology to improvise their facilities and maintain a competitive edge to their educational business. International Education College (INTEC) is one of the educational institutions which have been provided with the information system called Campus Management System (CMS). Nevertheless, this system seems to be tedious and is not user friendly to the user. Therefore, the researchers conducted this research which covers on three (3) objectives which are i) to identify the demographic criteria towards the user acceptance and perception of CMS, ii) to identify the demographic criteria towards satisfaction level on CMS and iii) to analyze and determine users´ acceptance and perception factors that significantly describes the current usage of CMS. As for the research methodology, a model called Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) has been used while the questionnaire is also being constructed and distributed to the CMS user in order to get the best result for the study.
