Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to investigate level of perception and expectation towards UKM engineering graduates according a set of attributes. The study was carried out by an interview session towards 301 employers from various industries or sector in Selangor. The attributes were measured by using 5-likert scales and the data was analysing by its mean gap. The findings show that employers are quite satisfied on their perception towards UKM engineering graduates. While the expectation from the employers shows that it is important. Perception and expectation by employers play an important role for them to recruit engineering graduates as they urgently need an employee that have sufficient skills and able to work immediately.
