Abstract :
Currently, in the military wireless communication, the battle which based on the electromagnetic environment is very complex. To make sure the army can command the informationization war successfully and win the war finally, using optimized frequency spectrum assignment technology to improve the service efficiency of frequency spectrum resource is become the hot issue in the research of frequency spectrum management domain. Based on battle management and control, in this paper the frequency spectrum assignment problem is abstracted to an assignment problem. The relevant mathematics model of frequency spectrum assignment is built in the paper. The Hungary algorithm is introduced to solve the mathematics model. At last, the logical frequency spectrum assignment scheme is obtained.
