Abstract
Based on the grey system direct modeling method, we give an approach for fitting Gompertz curve under the criteria of minimized the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) in this article, case analysis shows that the fitting accuracy in traditional modeling has been significantly improved by the approach we proposed.
