Abstract :
We present an interaction model for a software development environment that provides consistent multiple views through the use of a drag-and-drop user interface. The multiple views allow the user to examine many details and aspects of the program´s elements, while retaining the general context. We have embodied the interaction model in an object-oriented development environment for the professional C++ programmer
