Abstract :
In the high growth of the electronic industry, a manufacturer needs to maintain the resource reliability and maximise the critical resource utilization. The manufacturer must define or track the actual resource downtime and cause of those resource problems. The real time resource tracking system has increased the response time to better control the resource reliability and utilization. It is the main systematic tool to analyze the utilization factors, and system reliability in order to gain more fast return on those resource investments in a fast paced high tech world. The data collected from Integrated Circuit Operations through outcome from the real-time resource tracking system generally support the frame work and are used to draw conclusions which are useful for industrial organizations and technological strategists
