  • Abstract
    This paper proposed several CMOS analog circuits for Radial Basis Function (RBF) network, including absolute circuit, mean square root circuit, and Gaussian synapse circuit. And then a two-input/one-output RBF network with two hidden nodes composed of these circuits is implemented HSPICE simulation results show that all the proposed circuits can operate properly, and provide characteristics of high operation capacity and simple structure.
