Abstract :
On the basis of regular expression, by rational extension and reconstruction, the concept of homologous regular expressions(abbreviated to HRegExp) is put forward. The syntax structure and element organization of simple data type and complex data type in schemas can be described perfectly by using HRegExp. Algorithms for analysing and extracting the HRegExp from various GML schemas are introduced.
