Abstract :
Defense Patent is typically connected to our national security so that it may often be detained, and not be enforced or applied into practice. Therefore, proper compensation could be given to the researchers in national defense section, for the sustainable technical development of our national security defense cause. Based on the approaches of Analytic Network Process and Golden Segmentation, this paper focuses on the establishment of the models to calculate some suitable amount of compensation for our scientific researchers. Our purpose is to provide the theoretical basis and solutions for the issue of the compensation for national security patent, which may improve the quantity and quality of Defense Patent, and finally increase its impact on the arrangement of national intellectual property.
