Abstract :
The gradient magnetic field system is the heart of the MRI spectrometer. The gradient magnetic field generator produces the gradient magnetic field, which is used for the slice thickness select, phase encode and frequency encode. The paper describers the gradient magnetic field generator structure, and the gradient magnetic field generator is implemented by VLSI. So the system has a high performance and a high integration level. Finally, imaging quality of MRI is improved.
