Abstract
The article discusses how an organizational information market or n:m-communications can be supported through CSCW applications including e-mail, bulletin board systems and newsgroups. Due to their limitations it is argued that there is a need for new functionalities aimed at supporting n:m-communication. The information trader concept as an actor-based approach is finally introduced, which may serve as an adequate concept for improved support of n:m-communications
