Abstract :
This paper presents a bandgap reference circuit, which provides a temperature-independent reference voltage with the nominal value adjustable. The design of the adjustable bandgap reference circuit is based on the method of dividing the voltage of VBE. The chip is implemented in the CSMC mixed-signal 0.5 um CMOS process. The experimental results verified that the nominal value can be adjusted as expected.
