Collaboration commerce accelerates knowledge sharing and knowledge communication, pushes the integration of knowledge, increases informationpsilas value. Knowledge sharing and trust risk are different within collaboration commerce. The paper divided into closer relationship and loose relationship within collaboration commerce according to the relationship of partners. The supply chain collaboration is a typical closer relationship within collaboration commerce, knowledge sharing level is high, and trust risk level is low because of the fairness and the unreasonable of benefits, the moral risk of nuclear enterprise. Knowledge sharing level is low, and trust risk level is high in loose relationship within collaborative commerce because of opportunistic behavior, zero-sum game and different goals of partners.
