  • Abstract
    ⇁ Trails were successful: ATCOs got feeling for tool supported departure flow control and found it useful. ⇁ Comparison of trial and non-trial conditions shows taxi time reductions of more than 3 minutes. ⇁ An operational DMAN should be integrated into existing systems. ⇁ Training is very effective! ⇁ Trials confirmed experience out of real-time simulations with other airports.
