Abstract :
This paper is mainly concerned with the advanced soft-switching PWM three phase AC-DC active power converter with a new conceptional transformer-assisted quasi-resonant DC link (TQRDCL), which has high-performance ZVS-PWM controllability. In addition, no complexity in predictive initializing resonant inductor current control under load fluctuations are discussed. The operating principle of this TQRDCL converter with active filtering function by means of time-shared instantaneous space-voltage vector control PWM strategy and its performance evaluations are illustrated using simulated results. Furthermore, the design approach of this converter is discussed herein
