Abstract
An oscillator with stable frequency and simple structure based on 0.6 mum BiCMOS process is presented. On being designed, RC and constant source are used for charging and discharging. Meanwhile the oscillator can synchronize with external clock by the control of EN and shaping circuit. The frequency of synchronization is from 500 kHz to 1000 kHz. HSPICE simulation results show that better performances have been achieved and the error is less than 1% with the variations of appropriate supply voltage and temperature.
