Abstract
The paper proposed an optimal household load scheduling framework for home energy management systems to minimize the electricity bill and maximize users´ comfort. The framework considers not only renewable energy and demand response requirement but also characteristics of home appliances and comfort level. Simulation results demonstrates its effectiveness.
