Abstract
A direct-conversion front-end using a highly linear mixer is implemented in 90nm CMOS. The front-end shows 15kHz 1/f noise corner, 51dBm IIP2, 31.5dB gain, 3.5dB NF, and draws 15mA from 0.75 V
