Abstract :
In order to solve the complexity and uncertainty of submarine launching long-rang anti-surfaceship (ASSM)position selecting, muti-hierarchy fuzzy synthesis evaluation method is proposed. According to the characteristic of submarine launching long-rang ASSM position selecting, the criterion system of submarine launching long-rang ASSM position selecting is built. Then the model and method of position selection basing on muti-hierarchy fuzzy synthesis evaluation is founded. Finally, the feasibility and practicability of the method and model in evaluating and selecting missile launching position is proved by an example of selecting submarine launching ASSM position.
