Abstract :
On behalf of The International Conference on Computer Science and Service System (CSSS 2011), it is my great pleasure to welcome you to the conference. This annual international event has attracted a great number of academies, scientists, engineers, postgraduates and other professionals from a large range of countries. CSSS 2011 will provide a forum to discuss a large array of computer science and service system issues including computer science and technology, software engineering, communication, network and security, service science, system and management, knowledge as a service, etc.
